Find your order reference and understand the difference between order progress and a courier tracking reference.

Find the order in your account
Sign in to the account used for the order and open your orders, or use Track Your Order. Keep the order reference from the confirmation. Tracking information belongs to the customer who placed the order; someone else’s reference is not permission to view it.
Read the status carefully
Awaiting payment, processing and shipped are different stages. A courier reference is shown when one has been recorded for the order. The absence of a reference does not establish that the parcel is lost; ask support about the specific order if the status is unclear.
Current payment availability
Planet24’s online payments are not yet enabled. An order awaiting payment should not be interpreted as paid or dispatched. Once an order progresses, use its recorded history rather than a general promotional delivery message to understand what has happened.
If you need help
Give support your order reference and a short description of the issue. Never send a password or one-time code. Confirm receipt only after the parcel has actually arrived and you have checked it.
