Delivery Information
Seller-managed national delivery, with transport included in product prices.
Transport included in your price
Each seller must arrange and pay transport with nationwide South African coverage. The transport cost must be included in the listed product price, not added as a separate shipping charge at checkout. Planet24 does not provide a delivery service.
Instant and same-day delivery
Sellers use instant or same-day delivery where available for the product and destination. Confirm the delivery window for your actual address before ordering: nationwide coverage is not a guarantee of instant or same-day arrival everywhere. Where those services are unavailable, the seller must communicate the expected delivery time.
- Delivery depends on stock, supplier location, order time and courier coverage.
- Dropshipping sellers remain responsible when a supplier dispatches directly.
- Track the actual order status and courier reference rather than relying on a general delivery promise.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking reference when your order is dispatched. You can also follow its progress under Orders in My Account.
Receiving your order
Someone aged 18 or older must sign for the parcel. Please check the packaging before you sign and note any visible damage on the courier's device.
- Confirm receipt in My Account once you have your order.
- Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 48 hours.
- If nobody is home, the courier will try again or contact you to rearrange.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Postnet boxes.
