About Planet24
A South African online marketplace with inclusive selling and clear, delivery-inclusive prices.
Who we are
Planet24 is an online marketplace for South Africa. We bring together trusted brands, local businesses and individual sellers in one place. Sellers arrange national delivery, with transport included in their product prices — from Cape Town to Musina.
What we stand for
- Seller-managed national transport included in every product price.
- Honest prices — we never show fake 'was' prices.
- Clear seller information on every product.
- Local support from a real team.
- Your rights under South African consumer law, always respected.
For local businesses
We help South African businesses reach customers nationwide without building their own online store. Individuals, registered businesses and dropshippers can apply. Sellers list products and arrange delivery; Planet24 supports order, payment and customer-service processes.
